The Ukrainian Nationalists

Now, the Ukrainian people themselves were not exactly an ethnic group treated kindly by the Russian Empire who had great plans of a Eurasian, Russian Ethno-state so when they were able to distance themselves from Russia they didn't think twice. With the Fourth Universal, from the Ukrainian People's Republic, they officially declared independence, establishing a conservative democracy.
